The Human Resources Department manages services and programs in recruitment, employee benefits, employee and labor relations, and volunteers. Department staff administer workers’ compensation, and liability and safety programs. Human Resources supports succession planning, employee engagement and wellness programs. It also encourages training and development, and promotes a positive work environment.
